Sales & Marketing manager

Job Description: 

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Sales & Marketing Manager with a track record of exceptional, transformative management practices. In this role, you will increase productivity, inspire and motivate junior employees, and optimize our company’s market share.

As a Sales & Marketing Manager in QPSoftware, you will have to manage your time on both side: Sales and Marketing. One of your duty is to propose new solutions (digital products , business insights & strategy) to our existing clients to help them to reach their goals and also to reach to new clients in an active way.

You will be responsible for defining the right solution based on clients’ requirements, clients’ needs analysis, business insights/strategy planning, making professional proposal , making quotation based on their budget to the clients until closing the deal & signing the contract.

Then,You will follow up closely with the client and the project manager how is evolving client business based on our strategy and development; you will measure that with some KPI and propose new products to the clients according to that.


We mainly tailor-make web application based on clients’ requirements and each project normally last for 3 to 12 months. The web applications inlcude: Ecommerce app, E-learning app, mobile APP, dashboard and Business Intelligence, apart from that, we also develop some corporate websites and launch SEO campaigns.

Your role will be extremely important for the success of each project, growing our company, maintaining smooth relationship with clients to reach good customer satisfaction and, ultimately, loyalty.

The second main duty will be to manage and promote the services of the company on our different channel. You will need to apply the previous marketing strategies and come up with new ones to increase the traffic on our website, manage the social media, develop the brand awareness of the company and run some campaigns.

Typical Activities: 
  • Identify trends and determine system improvements to achieve marketing and sales operational goals
  • Develop field sales action plans and advertising to accomplish marketing and sales goals
  • Identify different consumer requirements to properly identify marketing opportunities
  • Research and capitalize on different marketing opportunities to improve product marketability and profitability
  • Anticipate new opportunities to maintain relationship with important clients
  • Gather, investigate and summarize data and trends to provide accurate information through reports
  • Stay up to date on job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, attending conferences and workshops, reading professional publications, maintaining a personal network and joining professional organizations
  • Collaborate with other managers and key employees in sales and marketing department to achieve important goals
  • Plan digital products and strategies for clients including defining the budget and detail quotation
  • Optimize web content in order to improve SEO
  • Analyse effectiveness of our digital products and web applications
  • Set up a list of KPIs to keep track of each client and make report
  • Prepare and present reports of the progress of each project
Skills Required: 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Marketing or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales representative, preferred in same industry
  • In-depth knowledge of web marketing tools and technology
  • Excellent understanding and knowledge of global and Chinese tech environment: WeChat, Baidu, Alipay, etc
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Self-driven & Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin preferably
