Job Description:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing talent in our Shanghai office. The successful candidate should demonstrate an interest in digital services. Working within the Marketing department and reporting directly to the Marketing & Sales Manager.
Your will work on SEO, Social Media, Outreach in the creation of online data-driven prospect/client communications across a range of digital marketing initiatives.
After a period of integration and understanding of the processes used internally, what we will expect from you is to bring new ideas and new suggestions that could help QPSoftware in its current digital endeavors. In the meantime, according to your performance, you will be involved in some projects to also help with some our biggest clients.

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute SEO Audits, Keyword research and Link Building, both in Google and Baidu
- Assist with social media engagement by helping manage our client’s social channels. Drafting and editing copy for social channels.
- Measure and report performance by using various tools such as Google Analytics and Baidu Tongji
- Implement marketing and advertising campaigns across multiple marketing channels such as Google Ads and Baidu PPC
- Assist in preparation of marketing materials
- Attend project qualification meetings, pitch meetings and negotiation meetings
- Engaging with the Marketing members on a regular basis to brainstorm ideas for new and innovative digital marketing and social media campaigns.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in Marketing (a focus on Digital Marketing would be a plus) with minimum 2 years of working experience
- Native Chinese, must be fluent in writing and speaking English and any other languages such as German, Spanish, French, Dutch ... would be appreciated
- Deep understanding China Digital Marketing environment
- Experience with Chinese Social Media (WeChat, Weibo, Zhihu etc…)
- Experience with Baidu and Google SEO and PPC
- Knowledge on Google Analytics, Baidu Tongji, Ahrefs, Search Console and Baidu Ziyuan…..
- Pleasant, positive working attitude, strong sense of responsibility
- Self-starter - Attention to details
- Ability to multi-task and hardworking
- Advanced PC knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Quick learner - Team Player
- Positive “can do” attitude - Ability to meet deadlines
- Willingness to undertake any other duties as may be required from time to time
NOT mandatory but it would be an advantage:
- Hands on experience with CMS platforms (Drupal, WordPress) is an advantage.
- HTML Basic Knowledge
