UI/UX designer

We are looking for a talented UI/UX designer to join our ambitious agency to work on cool and innovative products. Are you ready to be part of our international team?

Reporting To: General Manager & Project Manager
Location: QPSoftware Office in Jing’an District, Shanghai, China
Duration: Full-Time Contract
When: As Soon As Possible

Responsibilities

• Understand business and concept from clients, study competitors, propose solutions and work on flows, wireframes, prototype.
• Workshops with clients and users to collect and understand their needs, in collaboration with the project manager
• Collaborating with in-house/remote team and clients
• Communication with technical team to verify the feasibility of the interfaces designed
• Design UI/UX on Figma mainly for mobile APP, Wechat MP, desktop corporate and Ecommerce websites
• Working closely with marketing team on company websites and presence on social media accounts

Required Skills

• Middle level designer experience
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch and Illustrator
• Communication with clients and production team, including web developers
• Understand the concept of frontend development
• Good communication skills in Chinese and English (verbal and written)
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized working-approach
• Willingness to learn and master unfamiliar technologies and/or concepts
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies
• Experienced working in an Agile environment

Not mandatory but appreciated

• Web marketing experience
