Position Title: Full stack developer
Report to : Project Manager
Location: QPSOFTWARE’s office in Jing An district, Shanghai
Length: long term contract
When: Starting Feb-March 2024

QP Software is a Shanghai-based agency delivering digital products (Website, web application, APP, Mini Program) for Start-ups and large Corporates in China and APAC (Air France, KLM, LVMH, Auchan, Montagut, Schneider Electric).

We specialize in developing customized digital products for clients across diverse industries such as education, tourism, and retail. Our services encompass everything from prototyping to user interface design, technical solution selection, coding, and scalability.

Job Description :

We are looking for a talented Full stack developer to join our ambitious agency to work on cool and innovative products.
 

Responsibilities

• Develop with JS and PHP framework/CMS :
  Node.JS, Vue.JS, React.JS and cross-platform frameworks (Taro and Uni-APP) to implement MP to publish on several platform (Wechat, Alipay, Baidu, etc)
  PHP framework Laravel and Symfony
  PHP CMS : Wordpress, Magento
  Database structure, RESTful API
• Follow planning and communicate with project manager on a regular basis regarding progress, challenges, timelines and deliverables
• Lead the junior developers from the team
• Participate to call/meeting with clients and leads when it involves communication on technical points
• Desire to learn on new technology

Skills Required

• Developer with at least 5 years of professional experience in PHP and JS framework/CMS in both frontend and backend development
• Create, Manage and optimize database structures, including relational databases (e.g., MySQL) or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration.
• Have skill to communicate with client, help provide technical insights, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Knowledge of web technology and data compliance related to Chinese market
• Excellent English communication level, verbal and written technical documentation skills
• Self-motivated, detail oriented and self-organized
• Experience working in an Agile software development environment.
• Experience using best practice in version control methodologies and tools such as GitHub
• Understanding of server Cloud environment (AWS, Alibaba)
   

Not mandatory but appreciated

• Read and speak Chinese
• Server configuration skills
