Job Description
You will be responsible for managing multiple clients and projects for the Chinese market. As a project manager, your role is to plan and assign tasks to the production team, oversee project execution, and document all aspects of the projects you handle.
You will work closely with the General Manager and Account Manager to ensure that each project stays on schedule and aligned with its objectives. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Technical Leader to define the appropriate architecture for each project.
Fluency in English and native-level Chinese is required. Leadership skills are required, as you must ensure the production team follows your directives. You should also have solid analytical skills and problem-solving skills to understand client needs, provide guidance, and propose effective solutions.
Excellent interpersonal skills are crucial for maintaining smooth communication among all stakeholders. While a degree in IT or web development is not required, a strong technical understanding and interest in these fields are necessary.
You will also work closely with the Sales/Account Manager to monitor how your clients and their businesses evolve with our solutions, identifying opportunities to propose new services that help them achieve their goals and KPIs.
Skills Required
- Time Management: Coordinate with the production team, customers, and management while handling multiple tasks.
- Analytical Skills: Solve problems efficiently, analyse data, and make informed project decisions.
- Communication skills: Communicate with both the client and production team
- CMS Experience: Proficiency in at least one CMS back office
- Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Chinese.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Experience: At least 2 years in the web industry or project management.
Not mandatory but highly appreciated
- You have coding experience
- You are familiar with project management method Agile and Scrum
