For overseas enterprises wishing to set up on Tencent Cloud and use nodes within China, the following steps need to be completed:
Purchasing Tencent Cloud Servers with Mainland China Nodes
Firstly, you need to register an account on the Tencent Cloud official website and purchase cloud servers.

There are two ways to purchase cloud servers: through the website and via API.

Before registering a domain name, you need to check whether the domain name or suffix you wish to register has already been registered by someone else. If it has been registered, you need to change to another domain name or suffix until you find one that is available, and then you can proceed to the next step with that domain name.
After purchasing a server, you need to complete ICP filing for your website. ICP filing is a necessary requirement for using Tencent Cloud's mainland China node servers.
Note: Overseas enterprises cannot directly apply for ICP filing. Overseas enterprises can apply by establishing a branch or subsidiary in mainland China.

Domain Name Resolution:After completing the ICP filing, you need to resolve your domain name to the public IP address of the Tencent Cloud server you have purchased.

Configure Website Service: Finally, deploy the website service on your Tencent Cloud server to ensure that the website can be accessed normally.
Please note that using Tencent Cloud's mainland China server nodes requires completion of ICP filing. Websites that have not undergone ICP filing will not be accessible normally within mainland China.
